Teleport Freeze/Crash Bug

Hello, everyone!

I am currently suffering from a bug that I seem to get at least once or twice per day during a normal play period.

There is about a 10-15% chance that, upon using "Teleport" or "Return", the game will start to get jittery and freeze up. From here, it is a 20% chance that the game will immediately unfreeze and show me to where I teleported without any further incident, with an 80% chance that the game will stop responding altogether, causing the game to crash. This does not happen too frequently and I am unsure on how to go about replicating the issue.

This is merely a bug report. I do hope that it can get fixed. I have no idea if anyone else is having the same issue or not. I just hope that this issue can be investigated.
