Possible Bug: Log in time, lost posts

Okay.

I go to log in. It pops open a new window. I read a post. I start a long reply. I go to post the reply and it says I'm not logged in.

If that's a bug, it needs to be fixed right away. I lost a post I worked an hour on.

If it is not a bug then, a person should stay logged on until they navigate away from the forums and or log off. It's that simple.

And while I'm at it, another piece of feedback. Can you please install an autosave feature similar to what they use on hotmail or yahoo? Nobody likes losing an hour of effort due to a tech error, especially as there is no save as draft (or any kind of save option).
