Experienced MNK looking for 2.2 progression

Hi Guys,

I'm a MNK looking for an FC that can compete for server firsts. I have nearly 10 years MMO experience. I am a decent player!

Before FFXIV I played WoW. My guild got multiple server firsts over a period of 15months. I was a class leader so I know how a server first guild is run. I'm basically looking for players who are like-minded - focused on progression, with respect for each other and each other's time.

I enjoy min-maxing and developing strategies where no guides are available. I have got kinda trapped this patch, in an FC that isn't progressing as fast as I'm used to, forcing me to pug things and suffer the inevitable disappointment that goes with it.
I'm really looking for a team I can rely on, who know how to get the best out of each other.

I'm on Moogle (EU) but willing to transfer if necessary. Raid times are 7:00-11:00 gmt+1.
