I am submitting this on behalf of a friend. She has completed the main story line and beyond, yet when she attempts to locate the NPC to begin the Crystal Tower quest lne he is no where to be found.
Crystal Tower "Legacy of Allag - Mor Dhona" (x:21 y:8) Outlandish Man
We have scoured Mor Dhoa top to bottom and he is simply not there.
