I was wondering if we would be seeing this soon, or if anyone has seen it in the wild.
.dat miners have been pretty good at sniffing out this stuff and I didn't seen any mention of it on those sites.
We have the Catalyst for the melds, but it seems a waste to decorate a nice new piece with Level IV's.
