Challenge log: Collect Reward

Hi,
the Challenge Log added in 2.2 is missing the [Collect Reward] button for each category.
At the moment you receive challenge log rewards as soon as a challenge is completed, but that is detrimental for people who clear various content on various jobs, especially when completing log as lv50.
You've just cleared Brayflox Longstop Hard as your weekly 5'th dungeon? Here's instant 50000 xp completely wasted that could've gone to another job that would actually benefit from it.
We can change job and choose what receives xp when collecting rewards from quests, why can't we choose where we put xp when we clear various challenge log rewards?
Ie, I'm not going to give commendations as lv50 job in fear I'll complete challenge log entry by accident and lose xp.
