Problems Spell Casting

I've been having a problem casting spells as a White Mage since the patch. Sometimes I'll cast a healing spell, and even though it animates, and there's no reason for it to fail; the target's HP doesn't rise.

Other times, I'll get a message that something can't be used right now. Even though the target is well within my range and line of sight.

Also, I've always had to double-tap things like Benediction and SoS to make sure they cast, but I've been having issues recently where no amount of button spamming will make them cast.

Exact same problems here, cool downs are stuck sometimes as well.

Um... since when did I become Naoki_Yoshida (or is this an April Fools that a day early in the UK)? o.O

April Fools prank XD Pretty sure this isn't the first time it's happened. Also this is in the accepted bugs section, so already quite well known.

Same thing happening to me except it was as SCH trying to summon my fairy. Took me over 2 minutes to successfully summon the thing...
