So, how do I dye this stuff?

In one of the preview notes for 2.2 there was this picture, where the characters had a dyed foestriker's(?) tabbard, battlemage robe, acolyte robe, and some other stuff that I don't know the names of. I was really looking forward to being able to dye this gear finally, but I've got no idea how to do it ingame. Can someone at least point me in the right direction of how to do it/where to go? I'd appreciate it very much.

I90 crafted gear are the dyeable versions of the low lvl sets.
