Seeking items from retainers.

I just wanted to know if there's a way to buy a big quantity of material through "seek item" in retainers. I need lots more but seeking only lets me seek for as many as I got and I don't have much...

Will I have to update my retainer everytime I get more without using the ones I got already ? Please help if you have a solution.

That's correct and unfortunately can't be helped. buying with retainers only allow you to buy stuff you already have and the amont you already have. However, you can buy it multiple times... if you have 7 button mushroon then i believe you can place a seeking 7 button mushroon 10 times.
