Looking for new FC

My main is healer (WHM/SCH) but also have geared caster dps as well and a bard that i'm currently gearing. I'm experienced in all fights except ifrit ex and higher and t5. I am a quick learner with no lag problems and high availability. I am looking for an FC that has good, serious players as I consider myself one. I'm tired of my FC ignoring me and none of the good players stepping outside their little group to help anyone else - even other good players - because they don't know them and are not used to running with them. I would like to do a two-way FC tryout...meaning we do something that tests our ability to play as a group so I can see how you perform and you can see how I perform. If it's a good fit, maybe I can finally have found some people worth playing with. /rant

Hey Selina, What you just described is something BA strives to prevent. It's easy for groups to turn into cliques and we try our hardest to prevent that. A majority of our players are on during the times of 7est - 11est, and there's always something going on. We're mostly a mature (older) group of players that range from hardcore progression to casual and crafting, but ALL are friendly and willing to help out. We encourage ALL our players from the very new to experienced to have a voice. I think a trial run would be great, just let me know what time works for you and I'll get something setup.
