Having some serious issues lately when trying to play. When starting up in character selection my character isn't there for a while even though my connection says excellent. Also issues when playing. Attacking enemies the health bar doesn't move for at least 1 minute also had an issue completing a quest today. When I went to talk to a NPC my character locked up and I couldn't move and the game kicked me. Can anyone please help?
