Inventory menu issue

This isn't so much a bug as poor implementation.
Pressing X (using an Xbox 360 controller) opens the menu while in inventory.
Previously "Sort" was at the bottom of the menu.
Since Link was implemented, it is now at the bottom of the menu in Sort's previous position.
I use sort all the time but I use Link rarely.
Before I could press X then UP to sort, now Link it in that position on the menu.
If there's a way to reorder menus, that would be great.
If not please swap Link and Sort on the inventory menu, or allow sort to be bound to a controller button. Thanks.
