Gamepad Calibration Not Saving

Since patch 2.2 I have had to recalibrate my gamepad every single time I log in, even after using the "save" button combination at the end of the calibration section. I am using a Xbox 360 controller and it had previously always saved how it was set up.

Type of Internet Connection: Cable

Frequency: Always

Character Name: Arcell Garza

Race: Miqo'te M

World: Balmung

Class/Level: All classes.

Area and Coordinates: All areas.

Party or Solo: Both.

I reported this same issue via in-game support. I have to have the controller powered on before logging into the game to avoid re-calibrating. When the controller turns off if I'm AFK, I have to calibrate it again.

I'm having the same issue, except I'm using a Dualshock 4.
