Question regarding non-ATMA drops during FATES

I've been getting a lot of non-ATMA drops (Titan Mythrilshield, Titan Steelshield, and Titan Electrumshield) and I'm not sure what to do with it, I've asked people around and they told to use it in the Beast Tribes Quests but when I go to the location for the Beast Tribes, I don't see any options on how to redeem it. Can someone please explain how I could redeem/use the Titan Mythrilshield, Titan Steelshield, and Titan Electrumshield in the Beast Tribe Quests?

some beast trives quest ask you go get an item from fate. before you HAD to do the fate when you get the quest to get the item. Now you can get the item anyway.
So later, when you get the quest asking the item, you won7t need to do the fate if you already have the item. just hand it in.

Actually it was always set up so that you could get the item without the quest. They did recently make those FATE rewarded quest items no longer unique so you can stockpile them.
