Culinary Artisan's Spectacles gltich

Just tonight I traded 10 HQ Spicy tomato radishes to Talan to get the Artisan's Spectacles. The 10 radishes are gone but I have no spectacles. i received a message that I provided insufficient items. In that case the game would not have allow me to initiate the trade. The second part is that even if that first catch failed, the second catch would be that IF I traded less than 10, whatever amount I traded should have been returned to m.

Again after all of that is said, I traded 10 HQ Spicy radishes. Where is my item or my 10 HQ spicy radishes?
