So we were using the doors and we would transfer to another door but we would not leave the door and my group got stuck unable to fight the boss. people would log out and back in to fix but sometimes drop the group. Duty finder did not recognize them as dropped and thus never replace them.
No option to search for new players soon it was just me and the tank and was forced to leave the instance.
Yes I have encountered this and found it funny. To be clear, when travelling between doors on diabolos, the entire party never emerge from the void. You can be freed by having one person drop offline. I was lucky to have a confident healer on hand and we finished our fight without using the doors, doing everything to mitigate and then heal through all damage.
