Playable Duty Finder {Can I have it?}

-2-3 seconds in between abilities before they go off.

-If I am healing, I have to make sure to stand still for a good 2 seconds before I start casting, plus the lag of the actual cast itself before it will go off.

-Spells like Medica 2 and Succor need to be cast 2 or more times before the effect will be added...3-4 seconds later. Some spells like regular heals never even land.

-People teleporting all over the place like super human rubber band monsters.
