Wind Up Bahamut Code in Japanese?

Got my After Meteor OST today, but the piece of paper with presumably the Wind-Up Bahamut Code is all in Japanese. Any idea how to redeem it?

It should be on the inside of the slim card end piece around the end of the cd case. It as there on mine anyway. To redeem it you go to Mog station and enter it in 'Bonus Codes'.

LOL, that piece fell off when I opened mine and I paid it no mind. Looked now and its there, thanks.
