Leve Status Box Not Present on Screen

Steps: Initiated levequest at Camp Horizon. The status box which normally shows up on screen which tells you the name of the leve in progress and the current status (ie: number of mining points investigated) and time remaining did not pop up until after the first mining point was investigated.

Go on the menu, config and press reset on the widget location at the bottom

Yeah, had exactly the same problem once and resetting the widget location fixed it. Wonder why this bug even occurs though.

I noticed things like this happening when I change my resolution (ingame or on the computer)

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Leve Status menu. Resetting the widget location should be of assistance, as mentioned by the other posters. He's not the only one with the problem Qeepel. The UI for the leve display occasionally does not appear. The only fix for it that I know of is engaging and killing the first target for the leve, which causes the leve widget to update, and makes it display properly. It is not a widget location issue.

Origamikitsune, please understand that I am only offering a possible resolution, as we would for anyone seeking assistance. We are not disregarding the concern at hand, we would simply like a bit more information before submitting the bug for investigation. If others are having the same problem, they are welcome to submit a bug report as well. Thank you for understanding.

My bad. I usually try to preface statements like what I made with, "I know you have to ask, however..." or "I don't think that will work because," or something similar (I've worked tech support, I am very familiar with the necessity of following certain step.) That said, my apologies, Qeepel! I didn't mean it so seem contrary or belligerent, but rather intended to add my own knowledge about how the problem is fixed from my experience!

This same glitch happened to me again today (July 10, 2011, game time 6/23 11:00, leve "From the Sea to the Trees", Humblehearth, Archer rank 29, physical level 42), I tried the widget reset, and it didn't work. I had to kill a monster again for it to pop up. In the end the widget reset caused more of an issue because I've customized all my widget locations, and I lost leve time to reset everything.
