please help me with payment options, community! D:

Hi everyone.

I've been eyeing the one-year veteran package, and I'm planning on going for it after seeing a couple people about with the rewards. I log into mogstation, disable auto-renew on my current plan and proceed to new payment option, and.... unfortunately, the options list doesn't exceed 180 days. But I've seen people with the minions/mount! Halp.

I have putzed around with the mogstation quite a bit, and I'm currently really, really confused. Those I contacted in-game for assistance (people with said stuff) all said they were able to choose the year sub as normal. But I can't. Any/all help is appreciated, thank you very much!

This is just a guess maybe the next billing period it will reflect since you are still in the current one. I really do not know :confused:

I have the 1 year veteran rewards. The way I did it was I payed for 180 the first time waay back when we were first charged then again I chose the 180 option fairly recently when my previous 180 days was about to come up. I'm sure everyone you saw with the 1 year vet rewards did the same thing I did.

You can't sub for more than 180 days. Even with gametime cards you cannot bypass the 180 day mark.

I have noticed that I often get my rewards few days after my fee is paid. Maybe you are having the same issue. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
