By default the flag is not ticked for a FC leader/master nor can it be set.
I can set it for any other member/officer and what's not, but I don't believe that's how it's suppose to work.
It should be enabled by default for the FC master, the work-around I had applied was to temporary enable it for a member in order to remove crops.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need.
