High duty roulette

How do I unlock this again? Someone told me I have to do the dungeons again? Well I did and it still is locked. Please help.

Have you completed the following?

Wonder's Palace
Amdapor Keep
Haukke Manor (Hard)
Copperbell Mines (Hard)
Pharos Sirius

If not, you'll have to complete each in order to unlock the roulette.

I have to do them in order? I did all but Copperbell Mines Hard.

Then you just need to do copperbell.

You just have to complete each one time. If you've never completed Copperbell, then completing it will unlock the roulette.

Hmm, I'm not sure then. I completed each of those before the patch and the roulette was already unlocked when I first logged in.

I have done all the dungeons now and it's still locked, anyone any ideas?

You've done the new Amdapoor dungeon too? Not just the old?
