FFXIV Boot Error [11035][32][19900][32]

After today's patch my launcher will no longer update. I've tried all sorts of different things. Turn off my AntiVirus and my Firewall. No good. Uninstalled the game and deleted anything relating to Final Fantasy. Reinstalled afterwards and still no good. Changed the BootVersionCheckMode to 1. No luck there. Restarted computer, restarted router, flipped my light switches on and off. No good. I'm not launching the game in Compatibility mode and I'm not running as Admin.

I'm running on Windows 7 and not sure what to do at this point.

Quick Edit: I guess I should mention that I'm trying to launch the game through steam.

I see a lot of views on this thread and I also see more threads about this popping up. Guess we have to wait on SE.
