Unable to turn in Emerald Bough/Leaf & Property of Beastman to GC

Me and my free company mate have been getting issues regarding the 1.0 Emerald Bough/Leaf and Property of Beastman book to turn in for their respective seal awards at the Grand Companies:confused:. The error is something along the lines of "Unable to complete request" after being shown the window with the reward and the amount of seals.

Is anyone else having this problem. Please fix this SE!
