1 quest in each city + Hildibrand quest chain.
Look for level 14 quests in the 3 cities.

One NPC in each of the three cities, plus from one of the new Hildibrand quests (which as long as you did the 2.1 Hildy quest line they start from Elie in the Golden Bazaar in Eastern Thanalan). The dances are, Harvest Dance, Ball Dance, Step Dance and Manderville Dance.

My concern in this is the fact we now have 4 more dances. In XI when they introduced 4 more dances it wasn't long before we got... Mumor. I'm going to call it now, she's coming in the next Firefall Faire! She's coming!! Hide the lalafell! Summon the Great Goobbue Wall of Ul'dah! She must be stopped!
