Frequency: Every time I tab out/in
Steps:
1. I use a dual monitor setup, and browse the web on my second monitor and run the game in borderless windowed on my primary monitor.
2. I pan the mouse out of the game and onto my secondary monitor to do my thing.
3. I click my mouse back over onto the game (to activate the "window") and the camera snaps to the left 90 degrees of where it was previously.
Odd, I have not encountered this issue. Also using dual monitor. neither alt tabbing or clicking out and back in has this effect.
I'm having the same problem, every time I tab out and click to switch back to the game it turns my camera, seems random what direction it faces.
I am using windows 7 with no problem. Are y'all on something else?

I am also having this problem. It does not happen when I alt-tab back or select the window from the task bar, only when I press within the game screen with another window active does it happen. It turns the camera 90 degrees counter-clock wise (even in the character select screen). If this is important, I use a Windows 8 machine.
This is also happening to me. Same thing as TwoFayt -- when I click back directly on the game screen, my camera snaps 90 degrees. When I alt-tab, no camera problems. I'm on Windows 7.
