Well I don't like how if you want to max Parry you only get it on the one piece and not the other guess they want to add more dps tank gear.
Depending on what drops where and when I think I'll go for the body and the Legs first. as far as what I'll buy with my tomes go.

I wonder what ACC is needed for new coil turns...
-
Not Sure what the new ACC cap will be our parry went down change with the new gear thanks to the parry free head piece and no parry on ilvl115 weapon, and Acc change with this as BIS was minimal so Im not sure what they were thinking.......... Maybe a Crafted Head Piece for me.
Most notable Stat changes Vit +101 Crit +72 STR +55
This is with a loss of 23 Parry and a Gain of 4 ACC

I'm shooting for the body then the ring first. Both of those will clearly be upgraded to bis and give me about 2 weeks to get an idea of what accuracy is needed for Coil 2 and to plan accordingly further.
The body has the advantage of an early boost in ACC to help with swapping in higher iLvl gear as well.

Considering every turn goes up around 10-20 points of acc, and some tanks saying they miss until over 490 for T6, then probably need around 530 is my guess if the trend continues. Honestly I'd make sets aiming for 540 to be over safe till a more definitive amount is tested weeks from now.

stats look great but does the set "look" great? From what I see the breeches look very similar to the vermillion pants and I hated those since it looks like a skirt.
-
Our tank did have a few miss on T6 with 485 accuracy. He did have to take other accesories to fix that.We had a wipe already cause he did 2 miss when he had to take the aggro back. Now it's fixd but i think for tank the accuray for this turn is about 490-495.
For dps i'm at 480 and not having any misses.

While I can't speak for Turns 7-9, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that having around 500 accuracy will keep you capped (and if it doesn't, welp...)
I made this set last night prioritizing accuracy, then parry. Unfortunately, to remain accuracy capped you're going to have to lose approximately 40 or so parry over what was BiS in 2.1.

The only thing I'm unsure of at the moment is whether or not the High Allagan Kite Shield or Noct Hoplon is better; yes the Hoplon has a lower block rate than even the Holy Shield, but it has an amazing block strength and it's low block rate isn't that much lower, plus it would also add value to Bulwark. Opinions?

494 seems to cap on t6. 485 does not.
