XIV Mentor program

Hi all.

The endgame is getting spread out and has a pretty complex structure on what gear to wear what skills to use and so on.

I think XIV should adopt a mentor program where we noobs could get guidance from the more experienced players in-game.

This could be perhaps incentivised by a commendation type system but in XI just being able to help was reason enough. As a new player the mentor system in XI is what helped me to love the game and the community.

There's so much pressure to know everything before you attempt to do it in XIV that a mentor program would be a great counter balance to that.

Maybe these people could have their own tag in PF and an icon over their heads or as a list of active mentors on the server? I'm sure you could work the details out.

I would love to use the system both ways. To consult my fellow war's on endgame and eventually passing that info to the new axewielders of the future.
