Or you could just take off/switch some armor instead of making it harder for ppl that do just want to clear it quickly.
Most people don't want 4man to be a challenge -while farming tomes-, they want speed and constancy. Then again it would be nice to see some challenging 4man content, But the game is revolved around 8man content to the extent of making things a challenge.
I would like to see very challenging solo and four man content added as well.
Maybe make the rewards tied to crafting so it can be spammable, worth doing, and not inflating ilvls.
When I say challenging, I mean make you cry tears of blood wishing it was still launch day doing Titan hard with everyone at i62.

I think it would be kinda cool if the ITEM LEVEL SYNC'ED the 4 man dungeons at start.....
Challenge yourself, and sync to ilvl50.... If you do it for the whole dungeon.... you get a bonus. (Lets say.... 10k gil)
If the whole party does it..... MAJOR BONUS (Let's say 40k gil... or a redeemable token for VANITY gear.... so we can pick which ones, but obviously nothing great... think like the lord's set, noble's set, blessed set....... preferably something new on those lines so we can basically show off the fact that we are glamoured as a dungeon sync'd raider)
Either that, or have it the dungeon launch with a vote prompt for full group sync, majority rules! This way we can avoid the troll that sync's to wipe every encounter, or tries to get carried for the whole raid.
