Blacklist Suggestions

Not sure if it may have been suggested before or not after going through as much of the previous threads to avoid repeating, but thought to share.

Every time I've been playing FFXIV, I get hit with tons and tons of spam. Now while I can Blacklist them so they don't bother, I still have their messages glaring at me until a new chat or something comes up.


What I'd suggest is that not only do you have the ability to Blacklist, but make it so that any and all messages from that person/bot are also gone, thus de-cluttering the screen.

Another suggestion would be to add a feature of why the person/bot is blocked, therefore it might be easier to track the spammers before they can delete their character(s) and make new ones.

Maybe even make it so that if the spammers are all coming from the same account, that account itself gets blocked from the other player(s) no matter how many more characters are made.
