Housing price not adjusted and stalled?

Large FC houses were for either 49.6 and 59.8 million gil (exactly to the 49,600,000 amount) on the 24th. They were the same amount yesterday too.

And no change was announced regarding housing prices with 2.2.

Is this the floor price and not going lower? My FC only has 34.8 million total.

This is where prices are staying for the moment. Should be able to easily get the rest of your money with the Gil fountains in this patch.
