HP/MP/TP Main UI Element

Hello. I have a simple request concerning the main HP/MP/TP bar in the UI. Is there anyway at all that, instead of being one entire UI element, it could be split into three separate elements? As well, adding in the ability to adjust each of three HP/MP/TP bars' sizes individually? I don't like the horizontal-ness of the current setup, and I'd like to be able to stack them vertically - all the while making the MP and TP bars slightly smaller.
