Hotbar 1 No Longer Synced with Each Job Class

Hello,
The other night I was playing online and during a battle I did something. I somehow managed to unsync hotbar 1 with each class. I don`t know how this happened while I was fighting, as I was not in menus of any kind.

Currently I have 5 hotbars, 1 for each class, and I have to manually cycle through them until I reach the right hot bar. This greatly annoys me, and would like to re-sync hotbar 1 spells/abillities to each class. So that when I switch my job my abilities switch automatically.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
