Can't remove my old security token

I am trying to remove my old security token from my account. SE support deactivated it back in FFXI because I could not find it. Well, I have found it, but i know it cant be reactivated. So I got another one. And I couldn't activate that one because it still shows the old one as registered... but I can't remove it because it asks for the one time password, but the password it gives won't work because it has been deactivated.... any ideas about what I can do?

ok when i talked to the online rep at the SE site he said if they still have it on system, they can activated again as long as it wasnt erase from their system. just either call in or do the online rep help thing. suckly i removed mine instead back then and now i cant use it again when it dumb. shoulda told me it was a one time thing. Oh shoulda guess "one time" password.
