Bane not Spreading DoTs to Sylphs

Time: 1230am PST
Frequency: Tried 5x
World name: Hyperion
Character name: D' Cyn
NPC name: none
Monster name: Greater Banestool/Various Sylphs
Class/Level: SMN 50
Party or solo: solo
In-game time: 730am
Area and coordinates: East Shroud (Sylphlands), x28y16 & x27y15
Steps:
1. I cast Bio II, Miasma, and Bio onto Greater Banestool.
2. I cast Bane as soon as all 3 spells were up.
3. The game shows visually that the DoTs spread to all targets in the Bane radius, however, upon selecting the Sylph enemies, the DoTs are not present and need to be cast again.
