PS3 can't get past login screen or no login screen at all

Hi ^^. from yesterday evening i can't get past the login screen (until the day before i had no problems).
This is what i get:
1) an infinite loading black screen, which will reset my ps3 if i exit with the ps button
2) After i press start game after i logged in the game just keep loading.
£) in rarely occasion i can get past start game , but i'm stuck on the news page (the one sometimes you get after clicked start game); it's an incomplete page and i can't click on ok button (the ok button is there, but i nothing happen if i click on it).

So any idea why this happen ? It's related to the psn player login issue? i'll be very happy if you could give me an hand ^^
