Recruitment open for casual end game raiding guild "Einherjar". Positive attitude and competent performance a must.

Raid time: Monday and Wednesday 9:30 - 12:30 EST

Recruiting: All jobs

Needs: Players who are flexible as we get everyone experience in raids. We will be swapping in and out per night and per encounter as we develop a second 10 man and a pool of back up raiders.

Requirements: Be able to raid on a regular basis. Be willing to give notice when you can't make raid. Be willing to listen and take feedback, and give feedback, as needed. Be thick skinned, we are a pretty humor heavy group.

No tolerance policy on rage quitting raids. Real life comes first, most of us are professionals with jobs, some with families. We just require notice if missing a raid.
