Stuck at level 20.
Ok, so I recently got the game due to incoming patches, got thaum and conj to level 20 and can't do anything. Camp horizon behest has been empty for the last two days, been watching it for about 8-10 hours a day and nobody wants to do leves with me. I'm also fatigued. So what now? grind mobs alone while fatigued for 10 levels?

leves can be done easily on solo. Even more so when the patch hits. In your situation you can grind on mobs like coblyns or dodos and do solo leves while fatigued, or just do something else like crafting or gathering while you are fatigued no more.

From your description, I would highly, highly recommend working on another class or three alongside the one you've been working on. The game was designed with that type of play in mind, so if you simply stay with your current class, you're probably going to stay fatigued for the next 30 levels.
Are you playing during off-hours? I'm not sure about Karnak, but on Besaid, there are almost always plenty of people at Horizon.

I start partying right around this level, even though they say "23 you can solo till" I don't just get stuck at 20. To be fair on Selbina there's tons of people right around your level asking to party, but i'm kinda like "i'm not gonna level up a useless class for your low level ass", due to that i'd like a level sync. Have you tried finding a ls? You won't get past 35 soloing, guaranteed.
at r20, if you can find at least max 3 other people, choose all the same leves and link all those leves, you will hit 30 in less than a week, even with stupid ass fatigue.
double edit: i dont even waste time soloing after 10 now actually. At r10 there's a crab camp right near bloodshore, cedar wood area, and it will take you from 10-20, with no problem in a day. This is just for other new people so they won't waste their time doing solo guildleves for shit exp. At the crab camp in the beginning you can get 700 sp and then it will drop to 200 by rank 20.

I suggest trying to find an active linkshell honestly.
Outside linkshells and behest at primetime... no one partys. Makes no sense but that is how it works atm.
Party at all ranks > soloing by a huge margin atm and honestly behest post 24 is subpar sp.
If you must solo it is going to be a nightmare grind and it gets worse and worse the higher you get... you are near the point where most people quit and it is because of how horrible soloing gets. rank24 your sp per kill is litteraly halved, but in a party at your level you can get around 30k sp/hr in leves easy and non leve mobs around 25-26k sp/hr. Both the party sp/hr and leve sp/hr increases at the better camps.
As for fatigue ignore it... Unless you play 10hrs or less a week you will hit surplus. It is nothing more then your rested bonus wearing off honestly, in a group setting the sp loss is almost negligible.
The game gives you the ability to solo, but it is far subpar to grouping.

thanks info everybody, I ended up having to change my sleeping schedule to wake up at 6am in the morning est just to do horizon behest with Japanese players until I got high enough to solo it. Once I could solo it (conjurer around 24/25) I grinded horizon behest until 29 when I could start leve-linking with my guild and now things are moving along.
(nobody showed up to level 30 behests)
(my guildies didn't have anything to level with me prior to 30)
(I had to solo the 20 behest to level 28 on my thaum too)
(was never able to find somebody to duo nanawa with me)
