[Functionality] Can we disable mouse right click selecting after rotating camera?

As a PC user I hold on right mouse button to rotate camera a lot, and often just hold it during combat. But too often after releasing the right mouse button after rotating the camera I'd inadvertently select an unwanted target such as other player characters and cause all sort of headaches, for example, hitting Spiny Plume. Is it possible to disable right click selection after camera rotation? I hope I'm not alone on this issue.
