Just wondering if anyone can help me out with this.
Right now I"m an i90 pld and i'm trying to maximize gear (valor and allagan) so I have a good distribution of all stats. Right now my hp is about 6850ish with food. My question is in regards to PLDs with more hp. I will party with some plds who have 6900 or even 7000 and may have a lower ilv then me. I'm just wondering how they're getting those numbers? I know race is a factor but is it really this much?
Pretty much Race. The difference between Hyur and Roe is a bit of VIT. Even 10Vit is like 140 HP.
Alright. I just wanted to make sure. To be honest the big difference I saw was a Roe and I'm Hyur so I guess that does make sense.
I roll Hyur Highlander and I hit 7028 with allagan weapon and HQ toast, race is a factor Roe has the most vit but I chose highlander for the slight increase in strength. To be honest the difference is nothing major, its not going to be a game changing amount.

What food are you using?
You should be able to break 7k in your gear with HQ finger sandwiches and party buff.
Hyur Highlander here and with full ilvl90 and HQ Sauteed Coeurl, I hit 7118 or something like that. (I know I know, Coeurl food ain't the best optimization for Tanks but I like big HP hehehe)
