Eventually <Eve> Recruiting for 2.2 progression

Hi all, I am Griev, officer and raid leader of Eventually FC.

In the penultimate week of 2.1 I have decided to change things up and rearrange my team ready for 2.2 and onwards.


What we're looking for.

SCH

A dedicated full time Scholar. Having vast experience in fights such as T5 and Ex Primals.
Can you create good synergy with your co-healers? Can you be a proactive Scholar instead of a reactive one? Do you push yourself to better the raid and your members?

Melee

Preferably a DRG but may consider an exceptional MNK.
Can you push yourself to do the best damage output while thinking about your team? Can you time your CDs to make the best efficiency of a raid?

BRD

We may or may not need a BRD as waiting on a previous team member's 2.2 availability.
Can you manage your mana well enough to maximize not just your own but your team's experience? Can you out parse Lars Farwalker? (Inside joke).

We want a set of people who want to push their abilities and their play to above standard levels. And also have some friendly competition with other raid teams. We are GMT based and raid mostly on evenings. I'm not talking 12 hours a day but at least a good chunk of time to learn new mechanics and beat Karu's team to the clears.


You will get

An eclectic free company with plenty of friendly activity in GMT prime hours. A selection of number crunchers who push maximum output from themselves eager to aid. The word "Blammo" a lot! A large portion of players experienced that have been farming Twintania for over a month now.
An active TeamSpeak.
