Confusing Payment System

I finally hit the end of my 30 initial subscription. I was excited to start subscribing. I went on to the Mog Station to give them my money. I clicked on payment and it directed me through Steam Wallet. I went through the hoops to make payment. Everytime I got to the part where I was going to give them my information it crashes and tells me to wait and try again. I do. Crashes again. It tells me to contact support. Before that I figured I'd try subscribing via Crysta. No problems loading my account up with Crysta to subscribe for my account. But now I seem to be locked into a loop of only being able to pay with my Steam Wallet. No option comes up to allow me to change payment methods, no option to pay using Crysta, just payment with Steam Wallet, which doesn't work. I have now contacted Support on this issue and now I have to wait 24 hours + when I have already paid for my Crysta and cannot use it. Anyone know why I can't pay using Crysta or how I can change my payment method. MOGSTATION is not being user friendly on this and is very unclear.

In MogStation, go to Account Services, then click the button for "Recurring Subscription Setup". This should have tables with radio buttons to select what type of subscription you want (Standard or Entry--determines how many characters per world and how much you pay each month), and then how you want to pay (select a specific credit card or use Crysta).

Once you set it to Crysta there, it should debit your Crysta Passbook. I always add my UGC codes through the older SEAM page instead of the MogStation, simply because I'm used to it from my time in XI:

Once logged in there, I can go straight to adding Crysta with the big button there. Select how much I want to add, choose Ultimate Pay, then the UGC tab (may have to click the tab to see more options), put my code in and submit and I'm done. You can also use PayPal there as well by hitting that tab if you want.

May I just say thank you very much sir! That worked much better this go around. The weird thing was that the recurring subscription button never showed up, at least not on my PC. On my mobile though, it did. I don't know if that is what made the difference, or if I had your step by step instructions to help out this round. Many thanks again.

Square Enix is (in)famous for it's convoluted billing systems. Maybe it makes more sense to someone from Japan given cultural differences, but there's rarely anything straightforward on their account websites.
