cannot proceed Man Quest Escape from Castrum Centri

Hi I'm a level 46 Monk and Im slugging my way through the main storyline quest and when I got to lvl 46 Escape from Castrum Centri where I have to fight and disable a magitek field generator, it doesn't give me the option to interact thus I cannot finish the instance. I have tried logging out and back in 6 times and end up the same. This is what it looks like - http://prntscr.com/33c8ir - see, it has no options for me to click and its not even pink like the usual enemies name is. I wrote to support and they are stumped too so they suggested to write here... pls help?
