Halitostroper's Bad Breath attack seems to hit beyond it's range

Earlier tonight, I did a level-29 quest where I had to kill a Halitostroper in Central Shroud, and he kept on hitting me with his Bad Breath attack. As soon as I saw that he was using the attack, I would immediately start running out of range, and it always looked like I had moved outside range before the cone disappeared, but then I would still get hit by the attack. So it seems to me like that attack is either hitting outside the range shown, or it's hitting too early.

I died 4 times because of that bastard. Seeing as how the poison from that attack is so f@$#ing powerful that it will kill you in a few seconds, can you please look into this and fix it? That was probably the most aggravating experience I've ever had while playing this game.

Try being closer to the Marlboro and dodge out of the narrow section. As far as I know, the cone lingers for a second after the skill finishes charging. Using Sprint helps too if you're a caster
