Quality of Live improvements in the Lodestone

I noticed certain things that should be improved in order to improve the Quality of Life of the players and Free Companies.

1. The Wall section in the Home has useless information. There is no need to show other player logins and achievements. Instead, put FC forum threads and comments in subscribed threads.
   
2. Permissions to certain members to create threads, to delete them, to create a sticky, and to create events, an event scheduler with a calender, email notifications for new messages and/or new comments, notifications in the players Home for new and unread threads.
   
3. Free Companies should have their own album, to upload FC images without using players album space.
   
4. An option to lock your character image so it doesn't change, and a option to refresh your character image to update it instantly.
   
5. A better way to search for Free Companies and Linkshells, based in its requirements, description and characteristics (RP, PvP, Raids, etc).
