ultimate pay
ive ben trying to renew my account with ultimate pay with no success, no one will respond to me.
I am at the point where I am about to give up.
I am using vanilla mastercards, the same ones I've been using since I started playing, but I can't get any answers as to why now they aren't being accepted thru ultimate pay as they were before.
Just for information, I am in Canada.
SE won`t help, ultimate pay won`t help. vanilla mastercard won`t help...
I tried using paypal they just tied up all the funds...charging me for the amount, but I don't get the crysta...
I am upset

well I guess I have to wait until the 30th\
they expect me to wait 30 days then rejoin this game.
You would think a returning customer would get at least some respect.Ah well, ESO is almost out anyway

One upon a time I used UltimatePay several times to buy Crysta with PayPal for FFXIV V1 and FFXI, everything worked fine, then I tried to do so again and failed totally.
Everytime I tried it PayPal authorised the payment then UP immediately voided the request. Each time PayPal re-credited the funds (in fact the money had never left them), so hopefully you'll find that happened to you, check your Payment History in PayPal.
As far as sorting it out, I doubt you will. I rang PayPal and they were adamant it was UP who were voiding the transaction, UP simply told me to try again and if it failed to pay some other way.
In the end I used SecureSafe (or whatever the pre-paid method UP use), it worked because you provide no personal details. UP seems a total fail when it comes to any payment method which requires your SE Account registration details (name and address) to match a bank's, many people report error 401s (I did when I tried a credit card) which are due to the cross-match failing.
Ultimately (no pun intended) UltimatePay has issues with any payment method that relies on account registration details, which means most of them.
