Thank you Yoshi!

The Square Enix team in charge of A Realm Reborn should really be commended for the outstanding work they are doing with this game! It is a million times better than 1.0. Furthermore the high level of communication and honesty you guys have with your community is something that is becoming so rare in MMOs today. One of the reasons I am actually still playing this game @_@.

Do you have any graphs or pie charts to show where you got the numbers to come up with "a million times better?" I do agree with you about the high level of communication and honesty, as long as you go ahead and ignore all the lies/broken promises, and the interviews where Yoshi has actually said there is so much stuff they refuse to tell us, because "players think they know more than the devs" so they are keeping more things and more of their reasoning quiet.

QQ yeah man! We have it better than so many other mmos its easy to complain before you have seen the other side.

I have seen the other side, and this is exactly the same. The game is decent its nothing to write home about. To be honest its exactly like the other side.

Agreed. The whole ffxiv team is doing a great job.

I have to agree.

I've been playing MMO's back since 1998 (EQ1) to present day. Most developers are not honest and up front with their playerbase. If Square says it's coming in 2.2, it's coming in 2.2. Or 2.3... The patches we get here are high-quality and please all styles of play. (See GW2 for crap filler patches)

I will be purchasing the expansion if this trend continues. I will also be telling all of my friends to try it.

EDIT: People really need to realize what Square-Enix has done. No other gaming company EVER has redesigned an entire game. This, alone, should really show you folks that they do listen. They could have just made it free to play with buyable upgrades... But they didn't!

I, too, have been constantly excited about the patches and this game. There is so much to do, and every time a major patch comes out I can't even decide where to begin. And I love the live letters! Thank you for communicating with us!
