FC Calendar

I don't know if this has been suggested already,but one thing I would love to be implemented in game similar to the Calendar in WoW.

Benefits are that you could schedule events on the calendar in-game as well as send out notifications of invites to the events.

For raid events you would have them on the calendar and when said members want to sign up you could open the calendar , click the event and then the menu would perhaps be something similar to how party finder is for when you click a certain party looking for more. By that I mean it will list the needs of the party for specific roles and if they are that class they can fill in that spot.

When all the roles are filled the event starter gets a notification and then it settles on who would be going for that event on that day,etc

Dunno how many people would find it useful,but I know definitely my FC would as we have a small/medium sized FC we tend to have scheduling issues with people for raids and other events so having something like a calendar in game would greatly help us in our effort to host raid nights with less issues.

I'm kind of curious as to how many other people would find this type of feature useful. Post your thoughts please :)

WoW's ingame calender definitely was useful for scheduling raids, having people sign up, or having invites sent out to your raid team. SE should add something similar but I am guessing they still have a lot to do.

Yeah with the recent patch and the upcoming they will be very busy of course,but I think something like this is honestly needed as some people just find it hard to use out of game resources to sign-up for raid events as we've been using one :/

It'd make my 2nd in command and my life a lot easier in having a more hands free approach of scheduling events since we'd be able to do it all within the game's confines.

This is such a useful tool for Free Companies. I can't believe there isn't 30 pages of people supporting this idea. A great deal of players will never, ever, visit forums of any sort. However, majority of those players would look at an in-game calendar and sign up for events or raids, etc. The argument could be made that outside forums are enough and, for my part, I agree. But most players who are new to MMO games, are not going outside the game to organize themselves. My FC recruits almost exclusively new and returning casual players, a calendar would be a dream come true.

I'd love that idea to be implemented :o would ease the event plans rather than write it down on company board every time for a specific event. Or even make it so members could plan stuff also for needing help etc.

Yes please, copy the WoW calender exactly, WoW haters be damned.

i feel this is probably the best suggestion ive seen so far for improving QoL for FC Masters/Leaders.
