missing roles

I'm been queuing a lot of dungeons these days as a DPS/healer for low level dungeons and DR.
over the past week I have face problems example.

before the start of the dungeons the tank/healer leave queue causing me to need to either leave the dungeon or call in a FC mate to start helping out the dungeon.

Although they have the 30 mins penalty but I feel that it is injustice for us as DPS to wait nearly an hour of queuing time and get a lost tank because they had something on as a results or they leave even before the start of dungeon.

hope something can be do about that.

As a blm I have been waiting 40-60 min for most fights (even though duty finder say 12-20 min most the time). Longer for fights with no real repeat rewards like story fights. In this game Tanks and to a lesser degree healers just quit with no real worry because they know their next wait will be short and they would rather just join another random. I notice this especially with harder fights/instances. Someone makes a mistake or is trying to learn then the tank/healer rage quits leaving everyone else stranded.

I do realize that some people will never learn and its everyones right to play as they want but it is unfair to the rest of the party because many don't join in progress. While I do like the cross server party finder this ability to just abandon your party needs a MUCH HARDER PENALTY. I would suggest a 2hr min penalty for any duty finder and a 6 hour penalty for that specific one chosen even if its your 1/day. Then people might think twice before just walking away.

I would also like to see some tome incentives for joining party in progress like 10 bonus ones or something.

I think there should be no penalty when a vote passes to abandon but leaving early otherwise should not be the norm.
