Progression: Raiding v2

Hey guys, after the departure of Longnu I figured I'd get the progression thread going again so it can be edited. I've pulled over many of the FC's that I'm aware are raiding still. I'll be using the same format as Longnu did, though I'll be condensing the pre 2.2 content for FC's that have cleared all of it.
